With BidMatch, we will only charge you credits when a customer contacts you. Customer contacts include but are not limited to, customers sending you a message, calls or viewing your phone number, or indicating you’ve been hired.
We guarantee to never exceed your weekly budget per service. If more customers happen to contact you than your budget allows, we'll pay the difference.
Anytime you send a bid manually outside of BidMatch, we will deduct credits from your account to send your bid.
Please note: Should you decide to reveal the customer's phone number (if provided) to call the customer directly, you will be charged with the corresponding BidMatch credits even if they have yet to respond to your BidMatch bid.
