As a professional on Bidvine, there are a number of preference settings you can adjust to ensure only the best requests are reaching your inbox.
Your travel preferences indicate the area in which you offer your services. If you are only willing to travel short distances or go far and wide across the UK, you can indicate as much using these settings. You can edit your travel preferences directly on your Company Profile page (when logged into Bidvine).
With over 850 services available on Bidvine, it is important you select all of the services that your business offers. For example, if you are a painter decorator, you may wish to select Painting, Interior Painting, and Exterior Painting. You can review and edit your services by selecting Services from the main navigation.
Services Preferences (Only available for some services)
You can limit the leads you receive for some services on Bidvine. For these services, you will be able to reduce the requests we send you by only selecting the customer responses that are you're interested in.
For example, if you are a caterer that only takes on functions greater than 100 guests, you can exclude requests where customers specify they have less than 101 guests.
To know if a service can be filtered, first select Services from the main navigation menu. Under Active Services you will see a list of all services associated with your profile. Clicking the edit link will reveal the option to indicate whether or not you want to receive requests for that particular service.
