The customer management tool makes it easy to store all of the information and track the progress of projects you win through Bidvine. By keeping track of these projects, and customers, helps you to deliver exceptional customer service.

After each bid you send, you'll find that all those customers are saved under Contacts:

You can easily search for customers by name or by sorting the list by latest activity or status of the customer/project. Once you've found the customer you want, just click their name and you may add all the information you have along with their address, important notes pertaining to the job.
