Professionals on Bidvine can archive requests that they have quoted on and been hired for. This makes it easy for you to distinguish between requests that you are still pursuing (or jobs that are still active) from older requests.
Now under the "Quoted" and "Customers" sections of Bidvine you can choose to archive any requests. To archive a request, simply click the "Archive" link on the right-hand side of the request preview panel.
Archived requests can be accessed by clicking the "Archived" link at the top of the section.
If you archive a request by mistake, not to worry. Simply navigate to that request in the "Archived" section and click the "Unarchive" button associated with the request.
Please note: if a customer sends you a message through an archived request, that request will be automatically re-opened and transferred back into the open section.
