How Bidvine works

  1. We'll instantly match you with customers. You tell us which jobs you are interested in doing. Customers tell us what they need. We match you to the right jobs.
  2. You'll send customers a bid with your profile, message and prices. Customers compare profiles, reviews and prices. They make contact with the pros who stand out.
  3. You pay to send this bid and make contact with customers. Get refunded if the customer never views your bid. When they reach out, it's up to you to close the deal.

Sending bids manually

Requests come to your inbox. You review each request manually and then compose each bid and send it yourself. Pay for each bid you send.

The cost to bid varies depending on a number of factors depending on the service and size of job. The credits required to bid are displayed, and can be viewed on, every request before submitting a bid.

Bids are auto refundable

If the customer doesn't view your bid within four days of you sending it, we'll refund your credits. We do this to help ensure that you’re communicating with customers who are seriously considering hiring the right professional.

You'll also receive an automatic refund if the customer cancels the project prior to viewing any bids on his/her project.

Please note: If you decide to reveal the customer's phone number (if provided) to call the customer directly, you will no longer qualify for the automatic refund. Phone numbers are automatically revealed after a customer views your bid.

Sending bids automatically

Requests skip your inbox. BidMatch™ sends your bids automatically, but only for the jobs you want. Pay only when customers contact you.

With BidMatch you don’t need to manually review each customer request and compose every bid. We send your tailored bids with your profile to customer requests that are a fit based on your preferences. You can stay focused on your work.

With BidMatch, you don’t pay to send bids. We notify you each time a customer responds to your bid, when they call you, message you or by hiring you. Only then do you pay. The cost per contact varies based on service and project size and can be viewed in your service settings.

Please note, BidMatch is only available for select services. To see if the services you offer are available on BidMatch, visit your service settings.

Never pay for a no-thanks

As a professional, we know you love only paying for customers that have seen your bid and reached out to you. So if their first message to your bid is “no thanks”, we’ll detect it and give you the option to flag it so you don’t get charged.

Please note: this is only applicable to a customer's first message sent through Bidvine.

Strict budgets

With BidMatch, you are in full control of how much you spend weekly. Set your weekly budget and we'll never get over it. If you happen to get contacted by more customers than anticipated, don't worry, we'll pay the difference of any incremental cost. 

Please note: should you change your budget mid-week, the new budget will take effect the following Monday.
