Receiving leads for your business is an important part of using Bidvine. It enables you to review and respond to requests that interest you in a timely manner. To ensure lead emails are reaching your inbox, please check the following:

Confirm your email address is correct on Bidvine

The email that you use to access your Bidvine account is the one where we will send customer requests and all other important communications. After you login, click on ‘Settings’ and ‘Edit Profile Info’. On this page, you will be able to see the email we have on file and correct it if necessary.

Avoid Leads going to your Promotions Tab or get sent to your Spam Folder

You can make sure our emails reach your inbox by adding support@bidvine.com to your email contacts.

If you are using Gmail, all you have to do is click the arrow next to the reply button and select ‘Add Bidvine to your Contacts list.’ In Outlook, click the message and on the Message menu, point to Sender and click ‘Add to Contacts.’ Other email clients have similarly intuitive solutions for adding an email address to your contact list, and that’s the best way to make sure you receive emails containing customer requests too.

If you find that some of the leads you received from Bidvine have already gone to your junk or spam folder automatically or by accident, you can redirect those emails by clicking ‘not spam’ in Gmail or right clicking then selecting ‘not junk’ in Outlook.
