For new requests, you can contact customers initially by sending them a bid. To learn how to send a bid, please read our "How to Send a Bid" article.
After you have sent a bid on a customer request it can be found in Active Bids. Select any request to open our messaging system to exchange messages with the customer.
If the customer has opted to provide their phone number, this information will be displayed after you bid and you will need to click "Show Number" in order to reveal it.
