When you receive a request, it will be sent to your Inbox. To reveal the details of a request, simply click or tap it.
You will then have the option to reply the customer with a bid if it is some work that you would be interested in undertaking. Before you bid, you will be informed of how many credits are required to respond to the customer.
If the request is not the type of work that you want to undertake or you simply are not in a position to do the work, then you just have to click Pass and the request will disappear from your inbox.
